Cardio – What We Have to Do With The Loss of Body Fat?
Cardio is one of those words that is almost comforting to hear. Like a religious experience.
It comes from “cardiovascular disease”. So … everything should be good cardio.
Cardio – it just means that working in a kind of exercise or activity that increases your heart rate to a level where you can have a conversation without gasping for words.
And of course there are sites that go on the many benefits of cardio:
• It burns calories and you can even lose weight.
• It strengthens your heart, it is easier to pump blood.
• It increases your lung capacity and endurance.
• It helps reduce stress.
• Helps you sleep better.
You can run / jog, take part in various sporting activities or pressure on the stationary exercise equipment. That’s great – if you have time.
Bit like treading water. Your arms or legs or torso (ABS), remain at this particular level, no matter how long your cardio in. Be difference to be stronger, lighter, and faster, with more energy and endurance.

I try to eat some fruits and vegetables every day, but I do not eat at every meal and I know that almost every day, not eating enough!
